$0 To $10,000 In A Year — My Plan To Make Money Online
Is $10,000 too much for someone who just makes a few hundred dollars online? Yes. Does that give me pause? Actually, no. On the contrary, I'm excited about this big ambition. And I want to take you along.
I lack expertise.
I'm simply a regular 20-something looking to make some extra cash to avoid the impending recession.
The goal of the entire challenge and transparency is to:
- Hold me responsible
- Record my experiences and discoveries
- Help someone along the way, hopefully.
Let's start the plan without further ado.
Platform(s)
I'm just including my passive revenue from digital assets like blogs and print-on-demand creations in this challenge.
Freelance income and earnings from unlimited design agencies won't be included because those aren't my long-term priorities for me. I will gradually decrease the amount of freelance and agency work as my passive income grows.
I currently want to grow on 4 platforms in total to reach $10,000.
The platforms are, in order of highest priority to lowest:
1. Niche website #1
This is a fresh niche website where I will apply everything I’m learning. I won’t reveal the website to prevent biased results. But I will document the journey of choosing a niche, keyword research, and building this site.
2. Remote Money website
Another specialized website Here is where I shall formally describe my travels. Weekly challenge updates and blog entries on online income generation are what I intend to achieve.
3. Medium
A personal blogging platform, Medium. I adore Medium because I don't always have to write in a specialized specialty. There are numerous publications available for various uses.
4. RedBubble
Not a huge priority but RedBubble is a way to diversify my income. I’ve earned less than a dollar so far but who knows, that might increase or flop.
